Five outstanding women from Count’s executive team and adviser community have been named finalists in the Australian Women in Wealth Awards 2026, recognising excellence, leadership and emerging talent across the wealth management profession.

Count is proud to announce that five outstanding women from across our executive leadership and adviser community have been named finalists in the Australian Women in Wealth Awards 2026, an industry program recognising excellence, leadership and emerging talent across the wealth management profession.

The finalists represent a broad cross-section of leadership, technical expertise and future talent across the Count network:

  • Lisa Chambers GAICD, Chief Risk and Legal Officer, Count — Finalist, Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional of the Year, recognised for her leadership and commitment to strong governance and risk management across Count Group and its equity partnerships.
  • Sarah Little, Chief Operating Officer, Count — Finalist, Industry Executive of the Year, recognised for her strategic leadership across Group Technology, M&A integration and operational transformation.
  • Sarah Illarietti, Financial Adviser, PKF Perth — Finalist, Tech Innovator of the Year.
  • Jessie-lee Curtis, Professional Year Candidate, BWC Wealth — Finalist, Graduate of the Year.
  • Narmi Asogan, Provisional / Associate Adviser, Moiler Wealth — Finalist, Industry Rising Star of the Year.

The Australian Women in Wealth Awards celebrate individuals who are driving progress within the profession, recognising leadership, innovation, technical capability and contribution to advice businesses and clients.

Commenting on the recognition, Count Chief Executive Officer Hugh Humphrey said the finalists reflected the depth of talent and leadership across the Group.
