About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the primary responsibility of the role is to provide executive assistance to the CEO. Responsible for managing the CEOs and the Chair’s business calendars, meetings, coordinating travel, speaking engagements and other appointments as well as preparation of general correspondence and documentation for meetings, presentations and Board Meetings. Provide support to the Count executive leadership team as required. Provide a key point of contact for operational matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant and Project Support to the CEO by providing high-level administration support and office administration such as expense management, meeting coordination, and contacts management.
- Undertake special projects as required and allocated by the CEO.
- Facilities Management by assisting in the preparation of meeting rooms and catering arrangements for board and client requirements.
- First point of contact for building management, maintenance and security matters.
- General Office Administrative Assistance
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years’ demonstrable experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administration role
- Experience in an ASX-listed environment desirable.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong time management skills - highly organised and efficient
- High attention to detail – able to apply sound judgement and discretion.
- Results/achievement orientation (pro-active).
- Agile and flexible to respond to changing timelines and a rapidly evolving business.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team where work is shared across roles to achieve deadlines and respond to changing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High levels of energy and a desire to build and sustain broad networks of relationships.
Desirable Skills and Competencies
- Previous C-suite experience working for a CEO within a corporate, professional services or financial services environment.
- Exposure to organising and managing projects and functions.
- Attitude of making suggestions and recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures and delivering better outcomes.
