Introducing FYI ‘Collaborate’ and ‘Ignition' 

As part of our continuous effort to enhance document security and improve your experience with us, we are pleased to announce the implementation of some powerful new platforms we’ll be leveraging to support this.

FYI ‘Collaborate’, is our preferred new method of sharing documentation, whilst ‘Ignition’ will handle our proposals and make engagement more streamlined than ever.

With this new software, you can:

• Easily and securely access and upload documents related to your accounts.
• Receive and approve proposals with just a few clicks.
• Stay up to date with real-time notifications on your file.
• Engage in more transparent communication with your trusted advisor.

We’re confident that these tools will allow us to serve you even better, with more streamlined processes, improved security, and a more convenient way for us to communicate and share important information.

Temporary Closure of Coolangatta Office for Renovations

In addition to the introduction of new technology, we are excited to announce a period of growth and expansion as we conduct renovation upgrades to our Coolangatta office, which will be temporarily closed for approximately six weeks commencing from Monday, September 16th, 2024.  These renovations will allow us to expand our services and create an even more welcoming and modern environment for you. While the Coolangatta office undergoes this transformation, our team will continue to be fully operational and ready to assist you. You can still reach us via phone, email, or using ‘Collaborate’.

We also have in person options such as meeting at your premises, other Coolangatta locations or at our Southport office. Please call 1300 667 897 if you wish to schedule a time.
